Market Update - March 2017

What a busy month we’ve had!  The telephones haven’t stopped ringing, our diaries are crammed with viewings & market appraisals, we’ve also been instructed on many lovely homes and they’re all gathering a lot of interest.

After the quieter-than-anticipated start to the year, it feels very much like that everyone is back, raring to go & ready to find their next home.  Thankfully, we have rather a nice selection, to say the least, for them to look at.

So, what’s new with Rymer Irens?

Ellerton Road, SW18 - £850,000, Share of Freehold.  This big 3/4 bedroom flat is owned by previous clients of ours who have not only sold through us, but also bought their current home from us last year.  This flat they bought for a rental investment and whilst it’s done them very well indeed, it’s now the right time for them to pass it on to someone else.

Upper Tooting Park, SW17 - £1,550,00, Freehold.  Such a lovely home, bright & well-balanced too, set back from the road and this too has an exquisite garden – south facing and large.

There’s more in the pipe-line but for now, we have plenty to keep us busy in the run up to Easter and we’re braced for busy days ahead!
