Market Update - April 2018

February was a month FULL of hard work for us all!  We were kept busy steering through many sales that we had agreed – some were undoubtedly easier than others but we are delighted to say that all SIX of them exchanged during the past 4 weeks!  Quite an achievement, believe me!

The first to exchange was our stunning house on Telford Avenue, SW2 – asking £2,450,000.  A fine example of a beautiful double fronted house within The Telford Park Conservation Area.

Then we had THREE more in quick succession, all within The Magdalen Estate:

Lyford Road, SW18 – asking £795,000.  This was a stunning split-level flat.

Collamore Avenue, SW18 – asking £1,325,000.  To describe this house as immaculate is an understatement! 

Burntwood Lane, SW17 – asking £1,195,000.  A much-loved home, cherished for so many years and the new owners are so excited at the prospect of making it their soon-to-be new home.

The final two to exchange contracts were:

Tantallon Road, SW12 – asking £1,475,000.  Another beautiful home within the ever-popular Nightingale Triangle.

Beechcroft Road, SW17 – asking £1,195,000.  Such a pretty home – we loved this external pic!

We have also been lucky to be chosen to sell these lovely homes:

Brenda Road, SW17 - £950,000.  With all of its original character & charm intact, immaculately presented as well, this house is within a very popular neighbourhood, great for commuters too.

Osward Road, SW17 - £1,595,000.  Having sold this house to the owners a number of years ago, they are now looking to move away from this area and have very kindly asked us to find a buyer for their beautiful home.  We’ll do our very best!

Wandle Road, SW17 - £1,700,000.  Pristine both inside and out, ready for anyone to simply move straight in & enjoy, this stunning house also has off-street parking – a handy bonus!

Woodbourne Avenue, SW16 - £1,350,000.  We’ve sold a number of homes in this road and this house has a terrific feel about it as well as having a super-sized garden & parking for a couple of cars.

Mount Ephraim Lane, SW16 has just had a price-tweak to £1,450,000 – we feel it’s extremely good value for money as it’s over 2,500 sq ft with 6 bedrooms, a viewing is essential!

And that’s not all!  We have recently agreed sales at:

Hearnville Road, SW12 – asking £885,000.  A fab three bedroom flat within The Nightingale Triangle.

Nottingham Road, SW17 – asking £1,350,000.  Immaculate 4 bedroom house, parallel to Wandsworth Common.

Streathbourne Road, SW17 – asking £2,150,000.  Architect-designed large family house on The Heaver Estate.

I also heard from a lovely client of ours, Tina, who we’d sold for not once but twice.  Now settled into their house in the country, Tina has set up a rather smart Home Furnishings business – carefully selected & sourced products for the home, garden and pool.  Having seen and sold her two London houses, we can certainly vouch for her taste & style!
