Estate Agents seem all the same....there are far too many to choose from.... they all do the same thing, they are on the same websites and charge the same fees. But are we all the same? We certainly don't think so.

Trindle Rymer Irens Estate Agents, founded in summer 2009, is run by Robert Trindle, Ben Rymer and Duncan Irens and that's it. Between us we have been working in the area for over 50 years, giving us a great deal of experience. We appreciate the importance attached to local knowledge for our clients and, having worked around the Wandsworth Common for many years, this depth of experience is an asset many of our competitors do not have.

So how are we different? Well, for a start we have no commission-based negotiators, nor do we have Saturday staff. We carry out all the viewings ourselves and when you deal with Trindle Rymer Irens it will always be with one of us. We do all the things you would expect of us too: provide high-quality brochures, professional photography, advertise on the important and trusted websites and, most of all, we speak to our clients and buyers rather than rely on email.
After all, this is a people business and to do our job well we need to know what is going on in the market, and this means listening to what our clients and buyers have to say.

Having founded the company together, we are a close-knit team striving to find buyers a property that they love, whilst achieving the very best possible prices for our loyal clients and always working in their best interest. Whenever we have felt we could achieve more, we have never shied away from advising our clients to refuse an offer we deem too low.

We also believe it is important to support the local community and have sponsored several events since opening, including local school fêtes and trips overseas, the Common Ground Café and, most recently, a fireworks evening on Trinity Fields.

The set-up at Trindle Rymer Irens is refreshingly simple. We are always at the end of the telephone, we make decisions together and our clients or buyers can contact our office and speak to any of us - we are all fully briefed on the clients we represent. It is important to us that our clients never have to wait for feedback from a viewing or a marketing update. They can rest assured that if they cannot be in for a viewing, we will arrive early and ensure the house is looking at its best, making it as attractive to a buyer as possible (yes, we have made the occasional bed and picked up the odd towel!). But, most importantly, our clients will be assured of 100% dedication from the three of us, until their house is sold and they are totally happy with the result.
